me and my friends are planing to do sailor scouts and im doing sailor v too, so i would really like to know how you did those 2 things cuz they look so like from he anime! there really good! well its all really good!!!
I bought some basic white gloves and just added the toppers. The toppers are fabric over 1" foam. I stuck the fabric to the foam with a spray adhesive then sewed the two lines through it to split it into the three rings.
The tiara is made out of craft foam mounted to vinyl. On top of a lot of sanding, I used a few layers of sculpy glaze to get it nice and smooth. Its painted with metallic spray paint and the jewel is one of those flat gems that you can buy at pretty much any craft store. Better picture of the tiara is here: [link]
